Scope

This International Standard specifies the method for measuring rolling circumference and revolutions per unit distance (kilometre) for new tyres, under loaded conditions, made for use on trucks and buses. The values thus obtained are not intended for use as levels of performance or quality. This International Standard applies to all truck and bus tyres.
