This International Standard specifies requirements for reservoir bags for use with anaesthetic or breathing apparatus. It is con-cerned with the design of the neck, size designation, com-pliance and, where relevant, requirements for electrical con-ductivity.
Special purpose bags, for example bellows and self-expanding bags, are excluded from the scope of this International Standard.
