JIS G 7226:2003 Welded steel tubes for pressure purposes -- Technical delivery conditions -- Part 6: Longitudinally welded austenitic stainless steel tubes (ISO specifications)
This standard is manufactured from austenitic stainless steel and applies to pressure and corrosion applications at room, low and high temperatures. This specification specifies the technical delivery conditions for longitudinally welded steel pipes with a circular cross section (hereinafter referred to as pipes). The pipes here are used, for example, in the manufacture of pressure vessels, chemical plants, steam generators, and connecting piping, and are intended for use under high pressure. For pipes manufactured according to this standard, room temperature characteristics, low temperature toughness, high temperature proof strength, etc. may be specified depending on the use for which they are used.
