Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes methods for assessing the resistance of colour on dyed textiles, both natural and man-made in whatever form they may be, i.e., loose fibre, yam or manufactured fabric, dyed or printed with any dyes and in any shade, to organic solvents, particularly to solvents used in dry cleaning or mill processes.
