1.1.- This standard contemplates the load test by measuring length, for complete screws with a length less than or equal to 203 mm (8 in.) or whose length is less than eight (8) times the nominal diameter. l. 2.- For complete screws with a length greater than 203 mm (8 in) and a length greater than eight (8) times the nominal diameter, the test described in the COVENIN 650 standard: Load test for Screws will be used. Graphic method of resistance at the yield point.
