1.1.- This standard contemplates the load test using the yield point resistance method for complete screws with a length greater than eight (8) times their nominal diameter or whose length is greater than 203 mm (8 in). 1.2.- For complete screws with a length less than 203 mm (8 in.) or a length less than eight (8) times the nominal diameter, the test described in the COVENSN 651 standard will be used: Load Test for Screws: Measurement Method of length.
