This standard covers the general requirements that lamp holders (pl) types G13 and G10 (see 3.3) and starter holders (pa) for fluorescent tubular lamps, both of normal type (not outdoor) that operate with a supply voltage between 25 and 250 V to ground and the same limits between contacts, when the lamp has been removed.
