The standard applies to bends intended for unplasticized PVC pipes for the transport of drinking water and suitable for temperatures of up to 45 °C. Note This standard can also be used for commis ioned inspections of PVC sinkers and other bent PVC pipe sections. Deviating requirements for PVC sinkers and other curved PVC pipes to be inspected on order must be communicated to the inspection body after consultation between the client and the manufacturer.
