Scope

This Dutch practical guideline provides instructions for constructions and examples of details for residential buildings so that these constructions, when properly and correctly constructed, when tested in accordance with chapters 5 and 6 of NEN 2778:1991, are waterproof or rain-resis ant respectively and when tested in accordance with NEN 2690 :1991 to have a sufficiently low air permeability compared to the crawl space. The performance of architectural structures, including window frames, is also given, under the condition of good and correct execution.
