The standard applies to:

——adhesive connections;
——rubber ring connections; to be used in combination with:
——ABS pipes with nominal outer diameters of 40 to 90 mm, according to NEN 7012, intended for indoor sewers;
——PVC pipes with nominal outer diameters of 40 to 90 mm, according to NEN 7045, intended for indoor sewers; This standard is intended to be applied for the external control of the manufacturer's internal quality control, in the context of the granting of a quality mark.1)
