Scope

This standard establis es the general safety requirements for the execution of electrical tests and measurements that are carried out at voltages from 1 to 20 kV industrial frequency and from*1 to 1,000 kV impulse voltage, hereinafter tests, that are carried out with the objective of controlling the quality of production.
