This normalizing instruction establishes general methodological indications for the organization and development of quality control activity in sugar agro-industrial complexes. The Ministry of the Sugar Industry (MINAZ) and the sugar agro-industrial complexes on the basis of what is established in this normalizing instruction and in other state standardizing technical documents and in accordance with the particular characteristics of the agro-industrial activity that develop, prepare and implement standard technical documents at branch and company level for the organization and development of quality control in said complexes,
