Scope

This standard establis es the general health and nutritional requirements that will be met in the use of protein products of plant origin obtained from seeds such as soybeans, wheat, corn, sunflowers, peanuts, pigweed. , lupine, carob and others that are approved for human consumption. This standard will apply to protein products of plant origin of national production. This rule is not valid for proteins of single-cell origin.
