This standard establis es the general requirements for the publication of experimental numerical data on the properties of substances and materials (hereinafter: experimental numerical data) in articles of serial and non-serial publications, describing the results of the work experimental, whose purpose is the correct use of the data, the assessment of its authenticity and the possibility of its reproduction.
