Scope

This International Standard specifies a method for the complexometric determination of the magnesium content in zinc alloys. This method is applicable to zinc alloys defined in is /R 301, and to die-cast parts with these alloys. It allows the determination of magnesium contents between 0.01 and 0.1%.
