The purpose of this standard is to set the level of acceptance of defects (vis ble to the naked eye) encountered in the manufacture of reinforced thermosetting plastic tanks. It applies in particular to tanks built according to NBN T 41-013. We dis inguis the appearance defects: 1) on the interior surface (i.e. in the interior protective layer or liner), 2) in the core of the wall, 3) on the exterior surface (i.e. i.e. in the outer protective layer), 4) on the slices and cutting edges.
