This International Standard specifies a general method for determining crystallization points between approximately - 50 and + 250 C. The crystallization point can be determined either directly on the sample as is or on the dried sample, or on both. The specific test method for a given product will specify which of these possibilities the sample will be tested by and, if the determination is to be made on the dried sample, which drying method should be used.
