- This standard specifies the test methods for the application performance of oil well cement and the calculation of relevant parameters. For the oil well simulated compressive strength test and the oil well simulated thickening time test, representative test programs are also given. This standard is applicable to the design and performance evaluation of oil well cement slurry for oil and gas well cementing operations. The oil well cement slurry can be based on (but not limited to) the grade and type of oil well cement specified in GB 10238-1998.
