Scope

This Korean Industrial Standard specifies water-proofing asphalts mainly used for reinforced concrete structures, steel framed structures and the other structures if applicable. Remarks 1. The above mentioned water-proofing asphalts are represented by blown asphalt and commonly called asphalt compound. 2. The units and numerical values given in { } in this Standard are based on the traditional units and are appended for reference.
