Scope

This Korean Industrial Standard specifies small battery chargers (hereinafter referred to as "chargers") with d.c. output current not exceeding 20A for charging automobile batteries from a house power supply (single phase a.c. 100V). This standard also specifies chargers used as an auxiliary power source for starting auto-mobile engines by utilizing the internal device of charger.
