Scope

This Korean Industrial Standard specifies asphalt primer (hereafter referred to as 'primer') used in roofing, dampproofing and waterproofing. With it applied to the surface of a concrete and stone building, the primer is used with asphalt to dampproof and waterproof a building surface above and under the ground.
