This standard prescribes the small-size gas absorption chiller-heater (hereafter referred as chiller-heater ), whose rated cooling capacity is 25kW or less, which have the burner fueled by liquefied petroleum gas or the town gas(hereafter referred as gas), and cool down and heat water by configuring absorption cooling cycle composed of generator (including high temperature generator, low temperature generator), condenser, absorber applying water as refrigerant and lithium bromide aqueous solution (LiBr) as absorption liquid.
Note(1) The liquefied petroleum gas implies what prescribed in KS M 2150, and town gas implies the gas prescribed in KS B 8101.
Remarks Excepting the pressures which are described as atmospheric pressure, every pressure is gage
pressure in this standard.
