This Korean Industrial Standard specifies gas griddle for commercial use (hereafter referred to as "griddle(1)") using liquefied petroleum gas or town gas(2) (hereafter referred to as "gas") as nominal gas consumption(3) of griddle shall not be more than 70 kW. Note (1) Griddle means appliance which is roast or griddle a food like as dough on oiled iron plate.
(2) Liquefied petroleum gas refers to the gas specified in KS M 2150, and the town gas refers to the gas specified in KS B 8101.
(3) The nominal gas consumption refers to the values indicated on the griddle as gas volume to be consumed when gas consumption of griddle is maximum state.
Remark pressure in this standard is gauge pressure except the atmospheric pressure.
