Scope
This Korean Industrial Standard specifies the oil burning water boilers(herein after referred to as the "Boilers" to be used for the hot water and heating with heat-transfer surface of less than 4m and the working water head pressure of less than 10m by a fuel of kerosene, light oil or heavy oil. However, the fuel consumption^) of forced exhaust type(2) and forced supply exhaust type( ) boiler shall be less than 2200 g/h. Note (') The forced exhaust type and forced supply exhaust type shall be defined in 3.2 Classification of Instrument by the Supply Exhaust Mechanism of KS G 5126(General Rules for Construction of Oil Burning Appliances). (2) The fuel consumption is the amount of consumption per hour under the maximum combustion condition.
