Scope
This standard specifies the sampling and measurement methods for estimating the impact of environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) on respirable suspended particulate matter (RSP). This method is suitable for individual sampling and regional sampling. This method is the same as the method for estimating RSP in ETS by measuring the mass of respirable suspended particles by gravimetric method, and measuring ultraviolet particulate matter and fluorescent particulate matter by ultraviolet absorption method and fluorescence method. Note: See GB/T 21131 for details. This standard also specifies a method for estimating the components of respirable suspended particles in environmental flue gas - the solanol determination method.
