Scope

Recommends: a) a conventional average weight for passengers and a minimum weight for luggage, and b) a conventional method for determining the total transportable weight. 1.1 The total of weight thus recommended represents a minimum value for a given vehicle. 1.2 This standard is applicable to passenger cars only.
