Scope

1.This standard covers material, dimensions and other requirements for towing connections of agricultural tractors. 1.1 The standard is applicable for tractors of Category 1 and 2 [see IS: 4468-1986 'Dimensions for three-point linkage of agricultural wheeled tractors (second revision)'] and for towing connections where the maximum vertical static load does not exceed 30 kN.
