1.1 This standard ( Part 1 ) specifies tolerances on mass and dimensions and performance requirements for blow moulded containers, made from polyolefins, with capacities up to and including 5 litres. Methods of test for certain important characteristics of the containers are also specified. A recommended range of nominal capacities for stock containers for liquid products is included.
1.1.1 This standard does not cover containers specifically intended for products classified as dangerous goods.
