Scope

1.1 This standard ( Part 3 ) applies to direct acting indicating wattmeters and varmeters having an analogue display. 1.2 This part also applies to non-interchangeable accessories ( as denned in 2.1.15.3 of Part 1) used with wattmeters and varmeters. 1.3 The provision of 1.3 to 1.9 of Part 1 shall apply. 1.4 This standard does not apply to multi-function instruments.
