Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 1 ) specifies the general requirements for graduated pipettes, suitable for general laboratory purposes. 1.1.1 The requirements specified are in conformity with IS : 8729-1977. 1.1.1.1 Limits of error for class A pipettes are shown in relation to capacity in Appendix A and in relation to diameter at meniscus in Appendix B.
