Scope

1.1 This standard ( Part I ) lays down the characteristics and requirements of electromagnetic interference measuring apparatus, including the associated artificial mains network, in the frequency range from 10 kHz to 1 GHz. Note — The requirements given in this standard shall be complied with at all frequencies and for all levels of electromagnetic interference voltages, currents, power or field strengths within the range of the measuring apparatus.
