1.1 This standard covers the requirements for fryers, of the type used in restaurants and catering establishments for frying fish, chips and doughnuts, for use with LPG at a working pressure of 3 kN/m2 ( 30 gf/cm2 ).
1.2 This specification does not apply to fish frying ranges such as are generally used in fish and chip shops.
