Scope

This standard (Part I ) compares grey iron castings included in IS : 210-1978* with Inter-national (ISO), British ( BS ), German (DIN), French (AFNOR ), Israel ( SI ), Russian-(GOST), Swedish ( SIS ), American ( ASTM ), Italian ( UNI ), Czechoslovakian ( CSN ) and Japanese ( JIS ) standards ( see Table 1 ).
