1.1 This standard covers positives list of constituents of polypropylene, namely the polymers, copolymers, manufacturing residues and necessary additives which may be regarded as safe for use, when properly proces-sed, in contact with foodstuffs, pharmaceucicals and drinking water and when present only in the prescribed limits of concentration.
1.2 It does not purport to establish the suitability of the ingredient singly in a particular foodstuff, pharmaceutical or drinking water from other than toxicological consideration.
