Scope

This standard applies to newly manufactured sand dryers of rotary type, for foundries, using any of the following fuels: a) Fuel oil, b) Liquefied petroleum gases (LPG), c) LPG-air mixture, d) Natural gas, and e) Coke oven or producer gas.
