Scope

This International Standard specifies a flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of the copper con-tent of iron ores. This method is applicable to a concentration range of 0.003 to 1.0 % (mlm) of copper in natural iron ores, and iron ore con-centrates and agglomerates including sinter products.
