Scope
Specifies requirements for jacketed cooking vessel, tilting type, steam operated designed for a working pressure of 140 kN/m2 ( or 1.40 kgf/cm2 approx ) gauge pressure for cooking rice, vegeta-bles, da/, soup, etc, for large catering establishments, such as hospitals, hotels, industrial canteens, armed forces and club canteens where a central source of steam is available.
