Scope

1.1 This standard gives recommendations for the dewatering arrangement for the water passages within the power house building. 1.1.1 The general drainage of the power house building shall, however, be done in accordance with IS : 1742-1960* and IS : 1172-1963〓 except that some special features peculiar to a power house building have been dealt in this standard.
