Scope

1.1 This standard covers the requirements of tee joint boxes and branch trouser joint boxes including metal sleeve for belted type paper insulated cables conforming to IS : 692-1973〓 for voltages up to and including 11 kV grade. 1.2 This standard does not cover the actual jointing process and jointing materials required for jointing.
