Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods of sampling and test for general purpose cutting oil, soluble intended for use in machines where the use of a suitable cutting oil giving a non-transparent aqueous emulsion is permissible as coolant and lubricant for cutting tools.
