B-1 This standard establishes the procedures that must be followed for the extraction of samples of fermented and distilled alcoholic beverages, intended for carrying out tests to determine their quality B-2 Given the multiple conditions and circumstances that can cause -sit in the extraction of samples of fermented alcoholic beverages and distilled alcoholic beverages, it is admitted that for certain particular cases the criteria and experience of the technician prevail, establishing by prior agreement the modifications to be introduced, but always taking into account the general directives that emanate from this standard.
