Scope

This standard establishes the test methods for textile auxiliaries used as wetting agents for textile fibers, in neutral baths, including determinations of wetting power, indicating stability, loss of wetting power due to substantivity and ospumigonous power. B-2 All methods are comparative and the operator must carry out 61 or the tests that he considers of interest in accordance with the industrial process, in a comparative manner with a known wetting agent.
