Scope

This standard specifies the protected area of origin, terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of Gaoyou salted duck eggs. This standard applies to Gaoyou salted duck eggs approved for protection by the product management department of the region of origin, and also to Gaoyou double-yellow salted duck eggs and soft canned Gaoyou salted duck eggs.
