Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for flexible rubber hoses used in automobiles, general equipment, and general households for the purpose of supplying liquefied petroleum gas (LP gas). The maximum operating pressure of hoses specified in this standard is 2.12 MPa for high-pressure hoses for automobiles, 1.8 MPa for high-pressure hoses for general equipment, and 0.3 MPa for low-pressure hoses. -25°C to +40°C for low-pressure hoses, and -30°C to +60°C for high-pressure automotive hoses.
