ISO 5167-2:2003 Measurement of fluid flow by means of pressure differential devices inserted in circular cross-section conduits running full - Part 2: Orifice plates
This part of GB/T 2624 specifies the geometric dimensions of the orifice plate and the method of use (installation and working conditions) of the orifice plate installed in the pipeline to measure the full pipe fluid flow. This part of GB/T 2624 also provides relevant information used to calculate quantities and can be used in conjunction with the requirements specified in GB/T 2624.1. This part of GB/T 2624 applies to primary devices consisting of orifice plates and flange pressure ports, corner joint ports or D and D/2 pressure ports. This section only applies to fluids that maintain subsonic flow throughout the entire measurement section and can be considered single-phase. This section does not apply to the measurement of pulsating flows. This section does not design orifice plates for use in situations where the nominal diameter of the pipeline is less than 1000 mm, or the Reynolds number of the pipeline is less than 5000.
