- Scope
- This standard specifies flat washers with a nominal size (thread diameter) of 3 to 36 mm, a large series, a hardness level of 100HV, and a product level of C level. Washers conforming to this standard are suitable for clamping soft material parts or large bolt through holes in workpieces. For the latter, however, the suitability of the gasket thickness should be checked. Washers of hardness class 100HV are suitable for: - hexagon head bolts and screws of property class up to 6.8, product class C; - hexagon nuts of property class up to 6, product class C; - surface Hardened self-extruding screws. If dimensions other than those specified in this standard are required, they should be selected from GB/T 5286.
