Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements for network information security measures for value-added telecommunications services, including information resource security requirements, hardware equipment and environmental security requirements, network security requirements, platform system software security requirements, business application system security requirements, etc. This standard is applicable to the construction of my country's value-added telecommunications business network information security assurance system. It is an important basis for value-added telecommunications business providers to establish their own network information security assurance framework and for value-added telecommunications business regulatory agencies to inspect the implementation of operators' security assurance measures. The network information security measures in this standard are basic requirements. Each enterprise may need to develop other security measures not included in this standard based on the business characteristics of the enterprise. The requirements for safety technical safeguards in this standard refer to the safety functions that various equipment and systems must have, which should be reflected in the functional instructions of the equipment and systems.
