Part 9 of the toy safety standard EN71 stipulates the requirements for the migration or content of certain hazardous organic compounds in toys and toy materials through the following channels (see Table 1):

——Skin contact : One by one eye contact: One by one sucking. When using toys in a normal and predictable manner, remember normal children's behavior and pay attention to the function and design of the toy. This standard does not include requirements for chemical toys, experimental toys or finger paints. These requirements are detailed in other parts of EN71. Packaging materials for toys are also outside the scope of this standard unless they are part of the toy or have entertainment value.
