- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of rare earth tri-color phosphors for lamps. This standard applies to yttrium oxide activated by europium, cerium magnesium aluminate activated by terbium, and barium magnesium aluminate activated by low price europium (or low price europium, manganese) obtained through high temperature reaction. Phosphors that emit red, green, and blue fluorescence under the excitation of nm ultraviolet rays, and rare earth tricolor phosphors for lamps that are mixed in a certain proportion with the above three phosphors. Mainly used in low pressure mercury vapor fluorescent lamps.
