Scope

This standard specifies the leak testing procedures for liquefied petroleum gas automobile gas systems. 1.1 General requirements 1.1.1 The leakage test must be carried out using compressed gas of air or nitrogen. 1.1.2 Water or other fluids can also be used as the pressure source required for hydrostatic strength testing. 1.1.3 The test time for leakage and hydrostatic pressure tests shall not be less than 1 minute. 1.1.4 If the first or second category is not explicitly listed in each section of this standard,
